PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365!

Your mission:

* Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and functional/technological solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
* Conducting a detailed analysis of existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities.
* Producing clear and structured documentation, including business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate solutions, assessing feasibility, benefits, and risks.
* Supporting project management in defining scope, objectives, and success criteria.
* Coordinating solution validation and overseeing UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Maintaining clear communication between business and IT, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
* Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and staying aligned with best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

* Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Demonstrating solid experience within retail environments.
* Having hands-on experience with POS and/or ERP systems in physical retail operations.
* Analysing business processes and translating operational needs into structured functional requirements.
* Performing requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and test support.
* Working with Agile methodologies in project environments.
* Demonstrating strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
* Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Having English proficiency at C1/C2 level and fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
