We are currently recruiting 1st and 2nd Receptionists (M/F) for a hotel unit in Albufeira.

Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting guests (check-in / check-out)
* Managing reservations and handling phone calls
* Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
* Handling guest requests and resolving issues/complaints

Requirements:

* Previous experience in front desk/reception roles
* Training in hospitality/tourism (valued)
* Good command of Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Availability for rotating shifts
* Versatile and proactive profile

Preferred residence: Albufeira, Salgados, Olhos de Água, Boliqueime, Armação de Pêra, Paderne, among others
