We are currently recruiting a 1st Barman (M/F) for a hotel unit in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the bar team and service operations
* Ensure high-quality beverage service and customer satisfaction
* Prepare and serve drinks according to hotel standards
* Manage stock control and bar inventory
* Handle guest requests and ensure smooth bar operations
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a 1st Barman or in a supervisory bar role
* Good command of Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good knowledge of cocktails and bar service standards
* Availability for rotating shifts
* Responsible and organized profile

Preferred residence: Lagos, Chinicato, Burgau, Barão de São João, Barão de São Miguel, Odiáxere, and others
