We are currently recruiting a 1st Waiter (M/F) for a hotel unit in Albufeira.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and supervise the restaurant team
* Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Manage table service and support the team during service periods
* Handle customer requests and resolve complaints
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a 1st Waiter or in a similar supervisory role
* Training in hospitality/restaurant service (valued)
* Good command of Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
* Leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Availability for rotating shifts

Preferred residence: Albufeira and surrounding areas
