We are currently recruiting a 1st Waiter (M/F) for a hotel unit in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and supervise the restaurant service team
* Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
* Manage table service and support operational flow
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a 1st Waiter or supervisory role
* Good command of Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
* Leadership and communication skills
* Strong sense of organization and responsibility
* Availability for rotating shifts

Preferred residence: Lagos and surrounding areas
