We are currently recruiting a 2nd Cook (M/F) for a hotel unit in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in food preparation and cooking operations
* Support the Head Chef and kitchen team
* Ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
* Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferred)
* Training in culinary arts (valued)
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure
* Strong sense of organization and responsibility
* Availability for rotating shifts

Preferred residence: Lagos, Chinicato, Burgau, Barão de São João, Barão de São Miguel, Odiaxere, and others.
