We are currently recruiting 2nd Receptionists (M/F) for a hotel unit located in the centre of Sines.

Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting guests (check-in / check-out)
* Reservation management and telephone assistance
* Providing information about hotel services and local points of interest
* Handling requests and resolving issues/complaints

Requirements:

* Previous experience in front desk/reception roles (preferred)
* Training in hospitality/tourism (valued)
* Good command of English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
* Availability for rotating shifts or afternoon shifts
* Versatile and proactive profile
* Own transport or residence in the Albufeira area

Preferred residence: Sines, Vila Nova de Milfontes, Cercal, Porto Côvo, Vila Nova de Santo André, among others
