The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Account Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role managing both internal workflows and external relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring all client-related tasks are executed flawlessly while maintaining daily communication with a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the Israeli market but also internationally.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of marketing ecosystems, including SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tracking. You must be comfortable discussing technical data and AI-driven search trends.
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a similar role (Account Management or Client Success) within the tech sector or digital marketing industry.
- Language Mastery: Native Hebrew and High-level English (written and verbal) are mandatory for managing global and local interfaces.
- Accountability & Presence: A strong sense of ownership, professional "client-facing" confidence, and the ability to represent the company at a high standard.
- Freelance Status: Candidates must be able to operate as a freelancer (Note: While this is a freelance engagement, we view this as a core, long-term team position with high commitment).
- Availability: Commitment to a 50% position, spread over 5 days a week (Sunday–Thursday). There is a significant possibility of transitioning to a Full-Time role within 3 months.
- Location: Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface Management: Coordinating between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Task Oversight: Directing and monitoring all client-related tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Client Communication: Maintaining daily touchpoints with Israeli and international clients, providing updates, and building long-term trust.
- Data Reporting: Generating activity and performance reports to maintain full transparency and showcase the value of our GEO strategies.
- Strategic Growth: Ensuring that all deliverables meet the client’s business objectives and adapt to the evolving AI search landscape.
