You will be part of the Center of Competence of Account Reconciliation (CoC Recon) team, located in Portugal. This team globally supports all delivery centers with optimization and harmonization of processes, digitalization, and tool implementation on Account Reconciliation area. It consists of a local management role related to the GBS WEA FPS PT AS FSD 1 and a global support role supporting the GBS WEA FPS PT AS Account Reconciliation community. Part of the role includes:* Conducted thorough reconciliations of various general ledger accounts specially in payroll accounting;

• Identify and comment discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner;
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensured compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reconciliation processes and improve accuracy and automation;
• Support in the growth and implementation of digital solutions for Account Reconciliation processes, collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, innovators, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end business models that solve meaningful customer challenges;
• Continuously learning, analyzing, and refining the opportunity, steering the functional team through progressive strategy iterations, and taking ownership over the path to a scalable new business;
• Support Account Reconciliation implementation and automation;
• Collaborate with BO operations for Account Reconciliation activities in WEA scope.
