Position: Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Organise and record purchase, sales and general expense invoices in the software.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and cash register records with the accounting records.
• Asset Management
• Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts (debt monitoring).
• Prepare bank transfer files and issue receipts.
• Assist with the issuing of invoices or credit notes, ensuring they comply with tax regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, overtime, absences and allowances.
• Reporting and management support

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in similar roles
• Fluent in English
• No certification required
