What you’ll do:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
* Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
* Manage expense reporting processes
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met
* Assist with month-end close tasks, including account reconciliations and analysis
* Provide support to the accounting and financial operations of the Portuguese entity
* Collaborate in the audit process, preparing documentation and liaising with the CPA
* Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of accounting processes and procedures



What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
* Experience in accounting, bookkeeping procedures and month end close activities
* Excellent MS Excel skills



Preferred qualifications:

* Experience working with ERP Primavera
* Experience with EPICOR
* Fluency in English, written and spoken
* Multinational environment experience
* Organization and problem-solving skills with excellent use of logic
