Administration Assistant required for a well established local business.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused person to provide administrative and clerical support to the office manager.
No direct transport link.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Handle data entry and maintain databases
Skills required:
Organisation skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative
Excellent attention to detail
Key Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft office, Particularly Excel and Word.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, excellent telephone manor and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of Attention to detail
Fluency in English
Desirable:
Punctual, well-presented and professional
Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work as a team and contribute to a positive office environment
