We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our NT Administration team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient delivery of transactional services, onboarding activities, and project support, while providing exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Process transactions including payables, receivables, and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage purchase orders, onboarding of suppliers, and ensure invoice queues are actioned appropriately.
Ensure timely, accurate, and standardised reporting, data integrity, and compliance with procedures.
Coordinate and support onboarding processes for employees and clients, ensuring all compliance and documentation are completed.
Provide general administration support including reception duties, document management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in general administration within a large, complex organisation.
Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably JDEGS), and exposure to Hammertech & Pegasus systems is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and development.
