Job Description

We are looking for an Agent IT Helpdesk (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will support and optimize the rollout of SIXT’s in-house rental software and IT systems across a global network of franchise partners. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our systems. You will work closely with IT project managers and Franchise Operations to drive system improvements and support international projects. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

* You are the First Level support for our International and globally operating Franchisees and always answer incoming enquiries (regarding various software applications) professionally and politely
* You form the interface between our Franchisees and our IT departments in order to ensure a system-compliant use of our SIXT rental software
* You are responsible for a wide range of requests from our Franchise partners, such as vehicle or user setup, change requests, error analyses and much more
* You process the incoming tickets on time and prioritize them correctly
* You support in testing to ensure smooth operations across different SIXT systems
* You coordinate internal and external stakeholders in relation to change requests and error analyses

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

* Experience You have previous experience in helpdesk, customer service, or a similar support role, and are familiar with common IT applications such as MS Office; experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus
* IT Affinity You have a strong interest in technology and feel confident working with IT systems and digital tools
* Troubleshooting You stay calm when analyzing issues and work in a structured, accurate way to resolve problems efficiently in close coordination with colleagues
* Communication You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, and are able to support and guide international users
* International Mindset You enjoy working with global partners and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
* Language \& Skills You are fluent in English and bring strong interpersonal skills as well as a customer-oriented mindset
