Essential skills:

• Professional experience (3-5 years) in Agile Delivery Lead roles or similar;
• Facilitate Agile delivery and sprint execution, ensuring smooth team workflows and progress;
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders;
• Support backlog prioritisation and provide clear visibility on delivery status;
• Delivery-focused Agile professional, comfortable with senior technical teams, able to influence without authority (experience in Data/Cloud/Microsoft environments and Agile certifications are a plus);
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
