We are recruiting an **AI Quality Assurance Engineer** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Porto, with the possibility of working on a hybrid basis. **What we're looking for:** * Minimum 3 years of experience testing backend or middleware applications, preferably in banking or brokerage systems; * Strong interest in AI and machine learning applied to software testing; * Experience with AI\-driven testing tools, including automated test generation and anomaly detection; * Proficiency in test automation tools (especially Python) and solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; * Strong analytical skills to interpret AI outputs and continuously refine testing strategies; * Hands\-on experience with Linux environments, including shell commands, process management, performance monitoring, and scripting for automation; * Experience in root cause analysis, with the ability to investigate defects, analyse logs, and collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues; * Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non\-technical stakeholders; * English proficiency at B2 level or higher; * French is a plus. **What we have to offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid regime); * Regular monitoring plan; * Participation in projects with innovative technology and an international dimension; * Remuneration commensurate with experience, health and life insurance; * Birthday bonuses and referral bonuses.
