We're Hiring: Airports Supervisor – Portugal

Location: Lisbon (with regular travel to Porto and Faro Airports)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to manage and coordinate promotional teams across major airports in Portugal, including Lisbon, Porto, and Faro. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate teams of promoters across multiple product categories (Beauty, Perfumery, Food & Beverage, etc.)
• Ensure high standards of execution and brand representation at all airport locations
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and international clients
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team development
• Organize schedules, coverage, and logistics across different airports
• Travel regularly between Lisbon, Porto, and Faro airports

Requirements:

• High level of English (essential) for communication with internal teams and international clients
• Proven experience managing teams of promoters or similar roles
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Availability to travel frequently between airports
• Based in Lisbon
• Previous experience in airport environments is a strong plus
