About the Role

MSC Cruises is looking for energetic and guest-oriented candidates to join the onboard team as Amusement Specialists.

This position is responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere in the amusement and arcade areas, while actively interacting with guests and promoting onboard entertainment services.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist and engage guests in the amusement/arcade area
* Explain game rules and encourage participation
* Promote games, activities, and special offers
* Support onboard revenue by increasing guest engagement
* Handle payments and operate amusement systems
* Monitor equipment and report technical issues
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the area
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns

Requirements

* English level B2
* Additional languages are a strong advantage
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or entertainment
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Energetic, proactive, and outgoing personality
* Basic technical understanding (equipment handling)
* Ability to work in an international environment
