If you're passionate about software, love a challenge, and are ready to embark on an exciting learning journey, this is your opportunity to become an Android Pioneer. **Your Journey as an Android Pioneer Wannabe:** * **Intensive Learning Program:** Participate in our **one\-month on\-site Academy, starting on the 15th of June.** Training will be **fully in\-person**, and after its completion, our hybrid model of three days per week in the office will apply. You'll learn fundamental concepts of Application development (Kotlin), Android Automotive Platform (Kotlin/ C\+\+) and relevant technologies. DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure, are also covered. * **Hands\-on Experience:** After completing the Academy, join a multidisciplinary team to refine your skills continuously, mastering automotive application development, and building highly performant system applications. * **Fullstack Development:** Work across the fullstack, from developing robust system services in Kotlin and C\+\+ to create interactive user interfaces with modern Kotlin frameworks. * **Agile Methodology Participation:** Actively engage in Scrum events, contributing to the agile development process. ### **Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’ll be developing:** * **Software Development:** Learn and apply fundamental software development principles. * **Object\-Oriented** **Programming**: Develop proficiency in object\-oriented programming concepts and practices. * **Android SDK and Android Studio**: Learn to use the latest versions of Android and how to take advantage of the tools to improve your productivity. * **Android Development Patterns**: Learn to work with the most recent Android patterns and best practices, ensuring performance and stability. * **Modern Android UI**: Have the opportunity to learn modern design principles and patterns coupled with best practices to improve the overall efficiency of the applications. ### **The Essential Skills for Your Journey** * Have an **Educational** **background in a related field**. Long\-term academic courses, such as bachelor's and master's degrees, will be prioritized. * Be a **team** player with **excellent** **English oral and written skills**. * Have a strong **motivation** **for software development and the listed technical domains**. * Be ready to **adapt** **and** **learn continuously** in a dynamic workplace. ### **CTW's Daily Toolkit** Apart from great technical skills, our environment is fast\-paced and 100% agile, and prioritizes autonomy, teamwork, interaction and resilience.
