Application Support

This is your mission

Are you passionate about IT operations, automation and service reliability? Then this position is for you.

As an Application Support you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and operational excellence of RPA environments within a global IT framework focused on efficiency, agility and time-to-market.

Build side:

• Support the setup, configuration and evolution of RPA robots’ environments
• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with RPA implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Promote and apply established procedures across infrastructure and automation teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to automation platforms

Run side:

• Monitor and support RPA production environments to ensure service continuity
• Escalate, track and follow up on RPA production infrastructure incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to incident resolution
• Maintain and regularly update operational procedures and documentation
• Communicate clearly on incidents, risks and status to stakeholders and management

This is your background

You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding application support or production environments. You enjoy working close to operations, solving complex technical issues and contributing to stable and efficient IT services. You are motivated by environments where automation, collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

You are building a career in IT support and infrastructure, with a strong interest in automation technologies. You are eager to grow within an international and fast-changing environment, where exposure to RPA, infrastructure teams and global stakeholders will allow you to continuously develop your technical and functional expertise.

• Application support in production environments
• Infrastructure and system support
• Automation technologies (RPA experience is a strong plus)
• Understanding of IT service processes
• Banking or financial services environment (nice to have)
