MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES of this Position:

The collection Clerk position is accountable for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts

Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment Issue payment commitment letters

Issue credit hold notifications

Coordinate customer credit changes

Process small claims court complaints

Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

Key Skills

Minimum High School diploma

AR or Collections skills & background will be an asset

Good Knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools (Excel is required)

Experience of working with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills

High language skills: English and German
