Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to industrial clients regarding paint application and coating processes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in painting lines (defects, process failures, etc.).
• Conduct technical audits and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Perform color matching and quality control checks.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and commercial teams.
• Prepare technical reports and follow up with clients.
• Support stock management and material consumption at client sites.

Essential skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently at client sites.
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with paint application processes or industrial coatings.
• Fluent in English.

Desired skills:

• Experience with industrial products (e.g., metal, coil, automotive, plastics).
• Knowledge of application and measurement equipment.
• Experience working in a multinational environment or with coatings suppliers.
