Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform (or equivalent RPA software)
• Create clear and comprehensive process design documentation.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA robots to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.
• Implement best practices for RPA development, including version control, reusability, and error handling.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to development standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on deployed RPA solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, functionalities, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
• Proven hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots is essential.
• Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable, robust, and efficient RPA solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into automated workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Language skills: English mandatory

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer - UiARD) certification (or equivalent).
• Experience with process mining or task mining tools
