About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong professional to design, build, and manage automation systems for both internal operations and client projects.

This is a backend-focused role, centered on execution and system implementation rather than planning. You will be responsible for delivering functional, scalable automation workflows across multiple platforms.

Given the fast pace of AI and automation tools, we value candidates with a strong learning mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Mandatory Experience

• GoHighLevel
• Make & N8N
• ElevenLabs

You will be expected to design and implement systems such as:

• Lead reactivation workflows
• Lead generation and outreach automation
• Lead nurturing sequences
• CRM automation (pipelines, triggers, tagging logic)
• Tool integrations via APIs and Webhooks
• Optimization and maintenance of existing systems

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (mandatory)
• Solid working knowledge of Make
• Experience with ElevenLabs (voice AI or conversational agents)

Profile

• Junior or Mid-level with practical experience
• Strong execution capability and ownership mindset
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously learn and improve

Language

• English: required
• Portuguese: required

Work Conditions

• Full-time
• Schedule: 08:00 – 20:00

Compensation

• Monthly: 1200€ + client commission
