Your Mission

At Lufthansa LGSP, our mission is to ensure seamless and efficient travel operations on a global scale, supporting critical aviation partners and systems with excellence and continuous innovation.

As an Aviation Support Specialist, you will be part of a specialized Competence Center with direct impact on global travel operations:

• Provide specialized support to travel agencies and B2B partners through multiple channels
• Manage bookings, changes, and ticketing processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Support a global network of more than 350 airports worldwide
• Quickly assess requests, priorities, and operational requirements
• Work with multiple aviation systems and platforms
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective resolution of requests
• Ensure compliance with global processes, policies, and standards
• Contribute with feedback to continuously improve processes and tools
• Participate in training sessions and updates on systems, suppliers, and industry best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation system
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong interest in the aviation industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international team environment
• Previous experience in support or administrative roles (valued but not mandatory)
