Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms. * Manage the platform lifecycle, including defining and executing controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins. * Handle advanced troubleshooting and maintain a low number of major incidents through proactive monitoring. * Test and validate all updates while ensuring seamless plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate). * Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage core technical components, including Linux servers, databases, storage, Data Center clusters, and load balancers. * Provide deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and their integration with third\-party applications like ServiceNow, Splunk, and other Atlassian instances. * Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and participate actively in configuration governance. * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure operational continuity. * Senior: 5\+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence) * 3\+ years of experience with Atlassian Data Center * Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds * Technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure - Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
