Brisa is a sunset bar concept being opened, with heavy focus on spritzers, mocktails, cocktails, and tonic variations. With an existing clientele within Aldeia da Praia and a community-oriented environment, we are certain that this will be the place to be to enjoy your summer working.

The job itself is 10 hours a day, 4 days a week - perfect for anyone who enjoys their days off as much as their days on. At Aldeia, we have everything. A backpacker hostel attachment, various restaurants, we run a surf school, a yoga studio, and much more.

Our goal with Brisa, and for the successful applicant, is to be a positive complement to these existing services.

The Role

As a successful applicant, your job will revolve around everything bar.
This includes:

• Managing stock- Serving customers with a great attitude
• Handling documentation and keeping things organised
• Preparing drinks (creativity is a major plus)
• Taking care of the space like it's your own
• Dealing with suppliers alongside the management team
• Promoting deals and cross-selling to other businesses
• Financial handling

About You

• Previous bar management experience (not necessary but highly preferred)
• Responsible and independent
• Punctual
• Strong levels of Portuguese and English
• Creative (and maybe a little quirky)
• Strong communication skills and people-friendly attitude
• Positive energy, team spirit, and good vibes
• and most of all, collaborative
