Hot Cold Club is one of Lisbon's most popular destinations, running a thriving brunch café and a retail store in the heart of the city. We are a lifestyle brand built around quality, community, and great experiences. We are looking for a skilled Barista who is adaptable, energetic, and happy to move around different areas of the business when needed.

The Role

We are looking for a Barista who takes pride in pulling the perfect shot and delivering excellent customer service. However, we are a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so this role goes beyond just making coffee. We need someone who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever they are needed — whether that means helping out on the floor, assisting in the retail store, or supporting the wider team during busy brunch hours.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our standards. Providing a warm, welcoming, and excellent customer experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Being adaptable and ready to assist in other areas of the café and store as required by the daily flow of the business. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station and workspace.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment. A positive, "can-do" attitude with the flexibility to handle different tasks across the business. Strong communication skills and a genuine love for hospitality and customer service. Fluency in English is required (Portuguese is a strong plus).

What We Offer
