Our cafe is integrated within the second House of Barre studio in Lapa and is designed to enhance the client experience, strengthen community, and add sustainable value to the studio.

More than just a cafe, it will be a natural extension of House of Barre: a place where wellness and lifestyle meet. A space created to flow with the rhythm of our clients and instructors, existing before and after classes - not as an extra, but as part of the overall experience. Given our location in a residential area of Lisbon, we also aim to attract the local neighbourhood and become a welcoming community spot.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has previous experience as a barista (preferred)
* Is confident working with espresso, milk steaming, and ideally latte art
* Has an interest in quality coffee / specialty coffee
* Speaks Portuguese and English
* Is friendly, communicative, and comfortable engaging with customers
* Has a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
* Values organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

* Preparing espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, iced drinks, matchas, and other beverages
* Preparing small snacks as yoghurt granola bowls and bagels
* Delivering customer service with a focus on experience and well-being
* Maintaining organization of the space and basic stock control
* Working in close collaboration with the studio team
