We’re Hiring: Bartender We are looking for a skilled, professional, and service\-driven Bartender to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands\-on hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to a dynamic and well\-organized bar environment. As Bartender, you will be responsible for the operational execution and day\-to\-day performance of the bar, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will play a key role in upholding service excellence, supporting financial controls, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently and in full alignment with the venue’s brand positioning and operational objectives. What You’ll Do As Bartender, you will contribute directly to the success of the bar by ensuring smooth operations, high\-quality beverage preparation, and a consistently elevated guest experience. You will work closely with management to maintain service standards, support cost control, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your Main Responsibilities Bar Operations \& Service Excellence * Execute and maintain the beverage program in alignment with the venue’s brand positioning and operational objectives. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and responsible service regulations. * Ensure a consistently high\-quality guest experience through professional, attentive, and efficient service. * Maintain a strong presence behind the bar, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. * Support promotional initiatives, seasonal offerings, and in\-house activations as directed by management. Inventory \& Cost Control * Maintain accurate stock levels and support cost\-control initiatives. * Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and ordering requirements as directed by the General Manager. * Monitor product usage and minimize waste across all beverage operations. * Coordinate with suppliers when required and ensure proper storage and handling of all products. Compliance, Hygiene \& Safety * Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all bar areas, equipment, and storage spaces. * Oversee bar setup and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and compliance with internal controls. Teamwork \& Communication * Support the General Manager by communicating operational issues, stock concerns, and service feedback promptly. * Assist in training junior bar staff when required. * Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment. * Discharge all duties with diligence, professionalism, and full alignment with the venue’s service standards and brand objectives. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast\-paced hospitality environment. * Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service. * Solid understanding of bar operations, stock management, and cost awareness. * Familiarity with POS systems and bar reporting procedures. * High attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and guest\-focused attitude.
