WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be the beating heart of the bar at Locke de Santa Joana — delivering drinks and experiences that guests talk about long after they leave. Here's what that looks like day to day:

• Craft and serve an exceptional range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages to the highest standard, every time, every guest, every round.
• Create a genuinely welcoming bar atmosphere, building real connections with guests whether they're in for one quick drink or settling in for the evening.
• Develop a deep knowledge of our drinks menu, including seasonal cocktails, local Portuguese wines and spirits, and non-alcoholic options and share that knowledge with enthusiasm.
• Support the development and evolution of the bar menu, bringing creative ideas and a genuine passion for the craft.
• Maintain impeccable standards of bar set-up, cleanliness, and mise en place before, during, and after service.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver smooth, seamless service across the venue.
• Handle guest requests, preferences, and any concerns with warmth, grace, and real professionalism.
