This is your mission

Are you passionate about data quality, structured information, and operational excellence? Then this position is for you.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the reliability and consistency of critical Finance and Risk data across the organization:

Build side:

* Administer referential data (creation, modification, and parameter management)
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of data inputs from internal customers and business entities
* Involve stakeholders in the definition and validation of new requirements and change requests
* Contribute to the implementation of new features and enhancements in production environments
* Support go-live activities and validate expected impacts versus actual outcomes
* Ensure proper documentation and traceability of changes in referential data processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact of data changes across systems

Run side:

* Provide end-user support and resolve production and access-related issues
* Monitor data sourcing processes and analyze rejected or inconsistent data
* Follow up on incident management and production support activities
* Perform data quality checks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
* Produce regular reporting on data quality and operational issues
* Ensure continuous monitoring of referential data integrity and system behavior
* Support corrective actions and improvements based on production findings

You have strong experience in data management, IT, or business analysis, or strong academic exposure in these areas. You are motivated to develop your expertise in data-driven environments and enjoy working with structured information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational processes. This is your expertise:

* Understanding of data management, data quality, or data processing concepts
* Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (nice to have)
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
* Interest in data governance and referential systems
* Exposure to IT environments or financial services (a plus)
