Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data ecosystems, business analysis, and bridging business and IT teams? Then this position is for you.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the evolution of a data ecosystem designed to streamline the integration of new data sources and technologies such as data virtualization and APIs, improving data quality and consistency across multiple referential data sources.

You will play a key role in analyzing existing data structures, transforming processes and technologies, and enabling faster and more reliable insights for business stakeholders.

Build side:

• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements
• Contribute to defining a target jurisdiction framework with business architects and developers
• Map existing jurisdictions across the Group, considering critical data, banking secrecy, and regulatory constraints
• Lead the construction and implementation of jurisdictions within the program
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the integration of data sources and technologies

Run side:

• Lead the validation phase with end users, ensuring solutions meet business expectations
• Support other teams involved in the 4ALL program on jurisdiction-related topics
• Facilitate collaboration between business teams, architects, and developers
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with functional requirements
• Contribute to improving data workflows and governance practices

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data transformation environments.

You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, analyzing complex processes, and translating functional needs into structured solutions.

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data transformation environments. You enjoy analyzing business needs, structuring requirements, and collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You are looking for an environment where your analytical skills, communication abilities, and ideas contribute to building efficient and data-driven solutions.

This is your expertise:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as Dataiku or Alteryx
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Experience working with data ecosystems, reporting, or data governance initiatives
