We're Hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) with short-term rental experience (BDR) at RentalReady!

Your Mission
You will play a key role in RentalReady’s growth by helping us expand the UK market.
Your main objective will be to generate qualified demo opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and smart targeting.
You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and turning initial conversations into high-quality meetings.
In addition, you may also:
* Run product demos for smaller prospects
* Support deal progression when relevant
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining prospecting, relationship-building, and commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting (Core of the role)
* Identify and build targeted prospect lists (with marketing support)
* Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Engage prospects and qualify their needs
* Generate qualified demo opportunities for the sales team
Meeting Generation \& Qualification
* Book high-quality demos for Account Executives
* Ensure prospects are well-qualified before handing over
* Follow up persistently to maximize conversion rates
Support on Smaller Accounts (Secondary)
* Run product demos for smaller opportunities when relevant
* Help move deals forward in collaboration with the sales team
CRM \& Collaboration
* Maintain a clean and structured pipeline in HubSpot
* Work closely with Sales \& Marketing to improve targeting and messaging
Market Focus
* United Kingdom (primary focus)
* Spain / Europe (secondary – optional expansion)
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
* Strong willingness to do high-volume cold outreach (especially phone)
* Comfortable making calls daily and handling rejection
* Ability to generate pipeline, not just manage inbound leads
* Strong qualification skills (understand quickly if a prospect is a good fit)
* Structured and disciplined with CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
* Experience in short-term rentals / hospitality is a plus, not mandatory
Success Metrics
* Number of outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
* Qualified demos booked for Account Executives
* Conversion rate from outreach meeting
* Contribution to pipeline generation
