Job Description

* Administration of controlling databases (SAP Business Warehouse);
* Creation of excel reporting templates;
* Coordination of database upload processes during month-end closing and business plan;
* Constant Optimization of procedures and data processing.
* Preparation and creation of financial reports;
* Analyze and comment on business development for Keenfinity reporting entities
* Coordinate reporting processes and perform financial analysis of business transactions in SAP;
* Execute SAP Cost Accounting Tasks (SAP CO, BW) for Keenfinity reporting entities during month-end closing and business plan;
* Support local controlling activities like accrual management or planning process,
* Implement divisional cost accounting standards in SAP CO and BW;
* Ensure financial information feasibility and minimize errors.



Qualifications

* Experience between 2 and 5 years of professional experience;
* Degree in social sciences (economics, management, other relevant degrees) with IT focus;
* Basic controlling know-how, ideally experiences with controlling databases;
* Work experience with SAP ERP 6\.0 (focus on module CO and BW);
* Very structured, accurate and customer-oriented way of working;
* Fluent English, work in international environment;
* Software experience: expert in MS Excel, SAP Business Warehouse.
* Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics;
* Strong ability to work under pressure, with deadlines;
* Proactive communication skills;
