* Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction

What We Expect

* A natural leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude
* Strong ability to think analytically and logically
* Confidence working with numbers and financial KPIs
* Precision, curiosity, and a drive to improve constantly

Your Experience

* 4–7 years of professional experience
* At least 1–2 years in a managerial role (leading people/teams)
* Background in:
* Payments, Fintech or Financial Services (preferred)
* Transactional businesses
* SaaS
* Vertical market software
* Strong understanding of financial metrics and business performance

Location

* Porto (and surrounding area)
* Lisbon (and surrounding area)
