About the Role

- We are hiring a Business Operations Intern to support the foundations of how Clarasight runs — across finance, hiring, internal systems, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- This is a broad, high-visibility role. You'll work directly with founders and team leads on the real problems of scaling an early-stage company, and you'll use AI as a core part of how you get that work done.
- Every workflow you touch, you should also be asking: "Can AI make this faster, better, or cheaper next time?"
Key Responsibilities

Run Core Business Ops
- Support day-to-day operations across finance, hiring, vendor management, and internal coordination.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for founders and the broader team.
- Build and maintain lightweight systems (trackers, SOPs, internal docs) that help the company run.
Apply AI as Leverage
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Clay, etc.) to accelerate research, analysis, drafting, and reporting.
