About Role

As Manager you set the rhythm at our cozy Etma Café. You guide the team, safeguard standards, enhance process at location, and ensure the experience delivered to guests reflects the level of care and precision Neptune stands for. This role suits someone who takes pride in running spaces that work — for the team, for the guests, and for the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Location Performance

• Oversee daily operation and ensure service runs at top-level
• Track & control key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Team Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, and develop the service and bar teams
• Provide clear feedback & address performance issues promptly
• Maintain a stable, motivated, and professional team environment

Guest Experience

• Ensure service reflects Neptune standards of warmth and professionalism
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to reviews/complaints
• Identify recurring issues and implement improvements

Operations & Standards

• Maintain compliance procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness across the space
• Work closely with kitchen leadership during service
• Manage supplier relationships & oversee purchases
• Ensure invoices are submitted on time

Who You Are

• You have experience leading a team within a hospitality environment
• You notice when something isn’t working and step in to address it
• You communicate with calm, confidence, and respect for the team around you
