As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Campervan Operations Assistant to join our Lisbon base — someone ready to roll up their sleeves and be a vital part of our day-to-day camper life.

What You’ll Do:

* Prepare and clean our campers to perfection, maintaining the highest standards inside and out
* Welcome clients with a warm smile, offering full camper inductions and camping advice
* Handle check-in and check-out inspections with great attention to detail
* Inspect vehicles for any damages or maintenance needs, and coordinate any repairs
* Complete admin tasks related to camper check-ins and check-outs
* Help with driving and relocating campers between Lisbon, Faro, and Porto as needed
* Play an active role in organising the operational logistics of the Lisbon base

Must-Haves:

* Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
* Valid Category B driving licence (mandatory)

* Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred
* Basic admin and computer skills
