With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **CCM Software Engineer** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about **Customer Communication Management (CCM)**, industrial document design and scalable omnichannel communication platforms? Then this position is for you. As a CCM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for **designing, developing and maintaining** components of our editique platform and ensuring its reliability and performance within our ecosystem. Build side: * Analyse and design new models, features and modules for the editique platform based on business requirements and Agile user stories. * Develop high‑quality code (models, workflows, scripts, integrations) using modern technologies. * Produce detailed documentation (analysis, design, technical documentation, validation reports). * Perform unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and platform stability. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards and quality frameworks. * Participate in technical reviews, requirement reviews and specification writing. Run side: * Ensure level 2 and 3 maintenance and support of the editique components. * Resolve technical incidents and problems raised by users. * Take charge of production support, ensuring compliance with SLA targets. * Maintain and enhance existing models, workflows and edition pipelines. * Estimate development workloads and contribute to planning activities. * Collaborate closely with support teams and business product owners. * Provide technical support, knowledge sharing and training to developers. **This is your background** You have at least **3 years of experience** in demanding **editique/CCM environments**, from industrial document design to orchestrated mass‑edition workflows (paper and digital). You enjoy solving complex problems, innovating and working in an environment where collaboration and technology go hand in hand. **This is your expertise:** * Development skills: **Java EE, JavaScript, REST, Python, Shell scripting**. * Web \& data technologies: **HTML/HTML5, XML, SQL (Oracle preferred)**. * Operating systems: **Linux**. * Experience with editique tools (KWSoft Série M or Compart DocBridge is a plus). * Knowledge of industrial document modelers and omnichannel delivery pipelines. * Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * SCRUM Master certification is a plus.
