About the Role

SHC360 is building a modern estate planning and digital wealth protection platform serving international clients across the UAE, Europe, and beyond.

As our technology and automation continues to develop, we are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Porto team.

This is a telephone-based client engagement role, but it is not traditional telesales.

The role focuses on guiding clients through the importance of wills, estate planning, and protecting their families and investments, helping them understand the process and supporting them through the journey.

In an increasingly automated world, we believe the industry needs more human interaction, not less. High-touch client engagement is central to our approach.

What You Will Be Doing

* Speaking with clients who have expressed interest in wills and estate planning and prospecting clients
* Explaining how estate planning works and why it is important
* Guiding clients through our online process and answering questions
* Helping clients feel comfortable completing their estate planning documents
* Following up with clients who have started but not completed the process
* Supporting clients with uploading information into their secure estate vault
* Building trusted relationships with clients

This is a relationship-based role, not aggressive selling.
