Flexible full time position (40h) as

CLIENT MANAGER (m/f/d)

in the heart of Lisbon, starting immediately

Our German company - Pension Redemption – based in Berlin and Lisbon - helps expats to claim back their pension rights. We are looking for additional support for our Lisbon office in the areas of client acquisition, research and support in the processing of pension claims.

WHAT YOU DO AS A CLIENT MANAGER

In order to support our work, your tasks will include in particular:

* Researching new clients via various online channels
* Outreach to potential new client
* Presenting our service to new clients and highlighting the benefits
* Long-term client relationship building via email, messenger and telephone communication
* Negotiating service fee arrangements with clients
* Supporting colleagues in the process of document compilations

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR CLIENT MANAGERS

* Pleasure in dealing with people of different nationalities
* Pleasure in building long-term client relationships
* Pleasant manners and a professional appearance in person and in online-communication
* A reliable, collegial and accurate way of working
* Fluency in English
* Other language skills are advantageous
