Job Description:

Cloud Migration Architect key responsibilities include:

• Architecture & Design: Define cloud landing zones, migration frameworks, and automation strategies (IaC, CI/CD).
• Migration Planning: Assess existing infrastructure, create migration roadmaps, and select appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Execution Oversight: Lead technical teams during migration waves, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement security, networking, and operational best practices for cloud environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on cloud adoption and modernization.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in AWS (or other major cloud providers), virtualization (VMware), and database migrations (e.g., Oracle Exadata).
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for client-facing engagements.
