###### WORKPLACE: (On-Site)

Cloud Support Technician (Azure)###### RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Carry out maintenance of data processing and communication terminal equipment, microcomputers, and their core software components, and define general-use procedures necessary for the easy and correct use of all installed systems;
* Collaborate in training activities and provide user support in organizing and maintaining archive folders, as well as in operating available microcomputer products and applications;
* Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information, which requires specialized knowledge in IT and in the management of highly complex networks with strict security requirements;
* Ensure compliance with physical and logical security standards, maintain equipment and information media, and initiate and monitor regular information safeguarding procedures, namely backups, integrity protection, and information recovery.

###### PROFILE:

* Higher education in Information Technology;
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the administration and management of the Microsoft 365 E5 environment and the Microsoft 365 Cloud platform;
* More than 1 year of professional experience using the Microsoft Azure Public Cloud;
* At least 1 year of proven experience in administering Azure Active Directory (AAD) users;
* Experience in managing email mailboxes (Exchange) and alarm/monitoring solutions (Zabbix);
* Experience in domain management;
* Experience with print management services, network and communication support services (switches, routers, firewalls, among others), Backup services, and incident and disaster recovery management services;
* Experience in administering antivirus solutions;
* Proven experience of 2 years performing tasks related to systems administration and IT management supporting operational activities (e.g., computer networks, computers, and printers);
* Solid knowledge enabling the provision of specialized technical support to network users;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Good communication skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
