What you'll do:

• You will support the Consumer Insights team in structuring and organizing research data from different sources
• You will assist in analyzing customer and market data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• You will help translate research findings into clear, structured outputs that support business decision-making
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business needs
• You will support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal teams
• You will proactively identify gaps in data or understanding and contribute to improving research approaches
• You will ensure a high level of clarity and structure in all outputs, connecting insights to concrete business impact

Who we're looking for:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing, Business, Sociology, Data, or a related field
• You have basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
• You are able to work with data in Excel and synthesize information clearly in presentations.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
