Magwitch is a U.S.-based fintech platform founded in 2021, focused on modernizing and digitizing the lending and payments ecosystem.

Since our major release, we've helped 2,000\+ customers secure financing and grown into a distributed team of 30\+ professionals across multiple countries.

We operate a multi-lender financing platform and are actively expanding into payments and financial infrastructure. Our roadmap is ambitious, and we're building systems that require clarity, structure, and precision — including how we communicate with merchants, partners, and the broader market.

As we continue scaling, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our organic content presence and help shape how Magwitch shows up publicly as a credible fintech platform.



What you'll do
------------------

* Build and manage Magwitch's organic content presence across LinkedIn (primary), Facebook, and Instagram
* Create and publish clear, professional posts explaining product updates, features, and industry insights
* Manage merchant communications via HubSpot, including:
+ newsletters
+ announcements
+ product updates
+ lifecycle messaging
* Maintain an active and responsive social presence:
+ monitor engagement
+ respond to comments and messages
* Create static content independently (posts, simple visuals, graphics)
* Coordinate external freelancers when needed for:
+ video assets
+ animations
+ advanced creative content
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across all communication channels
* Take ownership of building a credible and consistent marketing voice for a U.S. fintech audience

What we're looking for
--------------------------

* Experience managing organic content strategy end-to-end
* Strong LinkedIn content experience
* Ability to quickly understand fintech or technical products and translate them into clear messaging
* Hands-on content creation ability (writing \+ simple visuals)
* Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM/email tools
* Comfortable working independently in a high-ownership environment
* Strong written English (clear, structured, professional)

Nice to have

* Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or merchant-facing platforms
* Experience building a content presence from scratch
* Experience coordinating freelancers or creative vendors
* Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
