Position Overview:

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Business Analyst to play a key role in accelerating the operational excellence agenda across Convatec’s Business Services (CBS). You will act as process improvement and business transformation agent, driving measurable impact across Finance, HR and IT. This role combines analytical problem-solving, Lean methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration to redesign processes, eliminate waste and foster a Continuous Improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities using analytical tools, data insights, and Lean techniques.
* Analyze process performance using appropriate tools and quantitative techniques.
* Strengthen documentation maturity through improved process mapping and standards.
* Engage stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
* Align scope and timelines for initiatives within CBS priorities
* Prepare training materials and facilitate workshops to upskill teams in Continuous improvement methodologies.
* Identify root causes and develop improvement action plans with business colleagues, track progress, measure outcomes, and ensure sustainability.
* Clearly communicate progress, risks, requirements, and impacts to stakeholders.
* Identify improvement opportunities proactively and share best practices across the organization.
* Accelerate adoption of improved processes across CBS

Skills \& Experience:

* Demonstrate strong teamwork mindset
* Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and communicate insights clearly.
* Understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA).
* Show creativity in solving ambiguous operational challenges.
* Demonstrate accuracy and quality deliverables with consistent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and change management capability to inspire others to action and drive adoption.
* Strong organization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Familiarity with AI‑supported tools (e.g., Copilot).
* Resilience to adapt with changing business priorities

Qualifications/Education:

* Degree or equivalent preferably in a technical discipline such as Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences
* Minimum 2\+ years of overall Business Analyst and/or Continuous Improvement experience
* Practical experience in implementing changes in Finance, HR or IT is a plus
* Experience with Lean tools (e.g. VSM, Problem Solving, RCA, PDCA, Flowcharts) is an advantage
* Statistical knowledge is a plus
* Knowledge of MS Office Tools.
* Experience with SAP and PowerBI is an advantage.
