Job Description Your contribution to something big:

* Perform product cost calculations across all phases: quotation, industrialization, and series production
* Analyze cost impacts of engineering, BPS, and operational measures, including scenario comparisons
* Track and validate actual cost developments after implementation
* Identify and evaluate cost optimization potentials (ratio measures) within the plant
* Support long-term planning and cost forecasting with the Business Unit
* Monitor product cost performance and ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts
* Provide fast and reliable cost estimations for decision-making
* Support controlling activities (KPI reviews, reporting, and cost tracking validation)
* Perform data and deviation analysis on key cost drivers (monthly reports, forecasts, YTD performance)



Qualifications What distinguishes you:

Education:

* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field

Experience:

* Experience in product costing, controlling, or manufacturing finance is a plus
* Exposure to production environments or industrial processes is beneficial

Know-how:

* Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
* Ability to interpret production and technical data and translate it into cost insights
* Good understanding of financial and operational metrics

Languages:

* Good English skills (written and spoken)

Working Style and Methods:

* Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
* Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others

Personality:

* Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
