As a CRM Consultant , you will work closely with senior team members and clients to support the analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. You will contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration activities while developing your consulting and technical skills. This is a client-facing role that offers hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, with mentoring from experienced consultants and analysts.
This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong emphasis on training, certification, and professional development in both technology and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients and internal stakeholders by helping identify how technology can address business needs;
* Participate in client workshops to gather and document business requirements under guidance from senior team members;
* Assist in translating business requirements into functional application requirements;
* Contribute to fit/gap analysis and maintain requirements documentation, including traceability matrices;
* Help write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood;
* Configure, prototype, and test Dynamics 365 solutions for assigned business processes;
* Support solution validation and user acceptance testing activities .
Qualification
* Strong interest in consulting, technology, and continuous learning;
* Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
* Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams;
* Some client-facing experience, internship, or project experience with an implementation partner or end user is a plus;
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
* Exposure to or foundational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules;
* Willingness to learn best practices in CRM, business analysis, and solution design.
