Your mission will be…

* Drive pre-sales activities, supporting customers with timely and accurate quotations;
* Prepare and manage customer offers based on defined product references and pricing frameworks;
* Ensure alignment between quotations and customer orders, validating consistency and commercial conditions;
* Take ownership of the order lifecycle, from quotation validation through to logistics follow-up;
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and reliability;
* Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring operational excellence and process compliance.

We are looking for someone with…

* You combine analytical rigor with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus. You are comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
* Ability to translate customer needs into structured solutions;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Resilience under pressure and confidence to challenge and influence when needed;
* Fluency in French (mandatory) and solid command of English.
